Some Cats We Have Helped:

Carrie

Carrie a cute black and white female catPoor Carrie came into our care as a black and white stray from Motherwell, at the end of Aug 2004. Age unknown and was diagnosed with a heart condition. In order to stay well Carrie will have to remain on medication for the rest of her life. Despite this, she has an incredibly sweet nature, still loves to play and just loves affection and human company. A "peoples cat."

Since Carrie came to us for her stay in care she has undergone a dental, blood tests and has to take a heart tablet a day. All this and her daily care has totalled to a cost of approximately £270 for the Cat Trust. We receive no state benefit and are run totally by volunteers. By sponsoring the Cat Trust oldies such as Carrie, you're giving them everything we could ever ask for -a home, happiness and a secure future.

A note from Carrie............

."I may be an oldie, but I'm still young at heart. I love people and love life itself. Together with the Cat Trust, people like you can give cats like me the second chance we so desperately deserve. I was very lucky the Cat Trust took me in as a stray cat. Cared for me made the right diagnoses and found me a loving permanent home after some 12 weeks in care. Now I am living very happily in my new home in Larkhall with another cat and getting spoiled rotten. I am so grateful to the Trust for this second chance".

None of the cats such as Carrie would have a home with the Cat Trust, without your help. Please sponsor Cat Trust oldies today and help us look after more cases such as this. Until we find a loving permanent home for them, if we ever can......some, may stay with us for the rest of their lives, but comfortable and happy.

Please give whatever you can afford.
